1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing BotMasteryUpPro.com or using our services, you fully accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offered Services

BotMasteryUpPro delivers premium AI education, personalized learning tracks, expert support, onboarding guidance, and tailored consulting. Visit our “Plans” page for more info.

3. User Commitments

Provide accurate and current information
Adhere to enrollment policies
Participate in courses within the agreed timeframe

4. Pricing and Payment

Our fees are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included. Payment is required as per your selected plan (upon registration or prior to course start). All services must be prepaid in full.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment at any time with at least 10 days’ notice before your course begins.

Partial Refunds: No refunds for sessions already started.
Full Refund: Only possible if the course has not started yet.
Process: All requests must be sent to support@botmasteryuppro.com

6. Limitation of Liability

BotMasteryUpPro is not liable for damages resulting from third parties or misuse of our platform. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the course.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BotMasteryUpPro.com (logos, text, images) is the exclusive property of BotMasteryUpPro. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the competent court is located in Bern, Switzerland.
